Submission of Performance Bank Guarantee by Successful Bidders/ Developers : Implementation of 97.5 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in different Zones of India under CAPEX / RESCO Model
This has reference to the RfS documents (RfS No. SECI/C&P/RFS/MNRE/97.5MW GCRT/R1/IND/082019 dated 29.08.2019) for Implementation of 97.5 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in Zones of India under CAPEX/ RESCO Model.
The Letter of Allocation (LoA) to all the successful bidders/ developers along with allocated capacity, project cost/ tariff have already been issued on 15.01.2020. In line with Provisions of Clause no. 5 of LoA, all the successful bidders/ developers were to submit the Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft.
The timeline for submission of Performance Bank Guarantee is hereby extended upto 14/03/2020 with penalty.
All the successful bidders/ developers to whom LOA has been issued by SECI dated 15/01/2020, are requested to submit their Performance Bank Guarantee with penalty in the form of Bank Guarantees/Demand Draft to SECI office by due date i.e. 14/03/2020. However, the Project Execution Timeline will remain same as mentioned in issued LoA dated 15/01/2020.
No further Bank Guarantees/Demand Drafts shall be entertained beyond 14.03.2020.
