RfS document (RfS No. SECI/JNNSM/P-2/B-3/RfS/MH/022016) for Selection of Grid connected Solar PV Projects of 50MW under Part-A (DCR) in the state of Maharashtra has been uploaded on www.tcil-india-electronictender.com (Only viewed on Microsoft Internet explorer 10.x or above browser). Draft PPA, VGFSA, PSA are also uploaded on TCIL website.
The 50 MW under Part-A (DCR) out of 500 MW in the earlier RfS (RfS No. SECI/JNNSM/P-2/B-3/RfS/MH/082015 dated 27.08.2015) is being retendered under this RfS.
Interested bidders have to download the official copy of RfS & other documents after logging into the TCIL website by using the Login ID and password provided by TCIL during registration. The bidder shall only be eligible to submit/upload the Response to RfS after logging into the TCIL portal and downloading the official copy. Bidders are requested to follow the instructions mentioned in the attached ETS guide to change the settings on Internet Explorer browser.
