Queries on Techno-Commercial Bids : Implementation of 1000 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in different States / Union Territory of India under CAPEX / RESCO Model (500MW Capacity PHASE - I)
This has reference to the RfS documents (RfS No. SECI/C&P/MNRE/1000MW RT/IND/122016 dated 09.12.2016) for Implementation of 1000 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme for Government Buildings in different States / Union Territory of India under CAPEX / RESCO Model (500MW Capacity PHASE - I).
The queries pursuant to the evaluation of Techno-Commercial Bids have been uploaded on www.tcil-india-electronictender.com (Only viewed on Microsoft Internet explorer 10.x or above browser). Prospective bidders are requested to download their respective queries by logging in to ETS Portal of TCIL. Bidders are requested to submit/ upload the clarifications along with supporting documents in response to the queries latest by 1500 HRS of 28.06.2017 on ETS Portal of TCIL, failing which the bid(s) shall be evaluated on the basis of available documents only. SECI shall not bear any responsibility towards qualification/ rejection of bidder(s) based on available documents.
Incase of any further clarifications to raised queries, bidder(s) are requested to visit SECI Office, New Delhi during working hours (09:30 AM to 06:00 PM) on any of the working days prior to 29.06.2017 by carrying the hard copies of their submitted bids and relevant documents sought through clarification.
