Site Visit Notification at BHU, Varanasi: Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 8 MWp (DC) Solar GCRTPV Project including 05 Years of Plant O&M
This has reference to the NIT documents (NIT No. SECI/C&P/BHU/VAR/062017/08 dated 08.07.2017) regarding the Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 8 MWp (DC) Solar GCRTPV Project including 05 Years of Plant O&M.
In reference to the above subject matter, A 02 day site visit has been planned at BHU, Varanasi for understating the Technicalities of the said Project.
Site Visit Schedule:
Date of Site Visit: 24th & 25th July 2017 (Monday & Tuesday)
Time: 1100 Hrs onwards
Reporting Venue: Central Office, Committee Hall No 1, BHU, Varanasi

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Site Visit.
Bidders are required to kindly send in their respective Pre Bid queries after the site visit latest by 26th July, 2017 post which any type of Techno Commercial queries will not be entertained by Employer/Owner.
Bidders are required to send their confirmation mail on SECI website at contracts@seci.co.in to attend the Site Visit. Mail confirmation is sought mandatorily from bidder side in this regard, so that necessary arrangements can be done.
Bidders are required to kindly be updated through SECIs website www.seci.co.in for any further updates regarding this Tender.
