Pre-Bid Meeting Notification: Tender for 5 MW solar PV project at Ordnance factory Kanpur, U.P under VGF scheme

This has reference to the NIT documents (NIT No. SECI/C&P/OFBK5/062017 dated 21.07.2017) regarding the Tender for 5 MW solar PV project at Ordnance factory Kanpur, U.P under VGF scheme

In reference to the above subject matter, A Pre-Bid/clarification Meeting shall be organized at Venue of the pre-bid meeting will be at Ordnance Factory Kanpur. 

Representatives from the firms should report at Main Gate , Visitor Room. They should give advance information to Mr Deepak Kumar , Works Manager. Phone No. 9532865397 or mail their name and Company's name on the mail id rks.iofs@gmail.com.

Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre Bid Meeting.

Bidders are required to send their confirmation mail on SECI website at contracts@seci.co.in to attend the Pre Bid meeting latest by 03/08/2017. Mail confirmation is sought mandatorily from bidder side in this regard, so that necessary arrangements can be done.

Bidders are required to kindly be updated through SECIs website www.seci.co.in for any further updates regarding this Tender.
