This has reference to the NIT document (No. SECI/SD/1/NIT/2016/KOPT/HDC02) for Design, Engineering, Procurement & Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and O&M for ten (10) years of 2 MW solar power plant at Salukkhali, Haldia (Kolkata Port Trust), West Bengal.
