It’s evident that the global outbreak of Pandemic Novel Coronavirus, COVID 19 has significantly hampered the functioning of all sectors including institutions, commercial establishments, offices & various manufacturing units are also at standstill. India is phasing through this crucial time having a complete Lockdown of all the States & UTs till 17.05.2020. As a reason only, the Pre Bid meeting scheduled for the subject tender could not be conducted on 11.05.2020.

In such a situation, all prospective bidders are requested to kindly submit their respective Pre-Bid queries, so as to save on overall tendering time.

Bidders are required to send in their Pre-Bid queries mail at sandeeprana@seci.co.in & contracts@seci.co.in on or before 13.05.2020 by 1800 Hrs in the attached Pre Bid format only, as no queries will be entertained after this date. Pre-Bid query format has been attached with this notification & queries in any other format will not be entertained.

All prospective bidders are required to kindly submit their queries in the given format by the mentioned due date only.
